Section 01

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jeewtin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jeewtin website, mobile browser interface, casino games, sportsbook, live casino lobby, payment systems, promotional programmes, and all related services.

By creating an account on jeewtin, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the jeewtin platform.

jeewtin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms.

• 1 This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all legal interpretations.
• 2 jeewtin reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion, subject to the terms outlined in the Account Suspension & Closure section of this Agreement.
• 3 Any waiver by jeewtin of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
• 4 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• 5 The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

Section 02

Account Registration

To access the full range of jeewtin services — including casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to adult residents of Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving verification codes. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

• 1 One account per person: Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on jeewtin. Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited.
• 2 Account ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• 3 Account sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to use your account, is strictly forbidden. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 4 Accurate information: You must update your account information promptly if any details change, including your address, phone number, or payment method information.
• 5 Account verification (KYC): jeewtin applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• 6 Verification timeline: KYC document review is completed within 48 hours of submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays on their first withdrawal.
• 7 Right to verify at any time: jeewtin reserves the right to request verification documents at any point during the player's account lifetime, including before processing any withdrawal regardless of amount.

Section 03

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeewtin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeewtin supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. No currency conversion fees are applied by jeewtin — all amounts are displayed and processed in BDT.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Daily deposit limit: ৳1,000,000 unless a lower limit has been set by the player via the responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's jeewtin account within 30 seconds of successful transfer confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 hours to be credited during banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST). Deposits initiated outside banking hours will be processed on the next working day.
• jeewtin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposit must match the name on the registered jeewtin account.
• jeewtin reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if a payment source mismatch is detected, pending completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000. Daily withdrawal limit: ৳500,000.
• Withdrawal requests are only processed once all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) for fully verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Cross-method withdrawals require additional verification.
• jeewtin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 at its sole discretion.

Section 04

Bonus & Wagering Rules

jeewtin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-season boosted odds. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is offered.

Where there is any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence. All bonus-related communications are issued in English. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus terms before opting in.

• 1 Welcome bonus: The 200% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new players aged 18 and above making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's account upon deposit confirmation. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method.
• 2 Minimum qualifying deposit: The minimum deposit required to activate any welcome bonus is ৳500 unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
• 3 Wagering requirement: All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and any free spin winnings — must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• 4 Eligible games: Wagering on slots contributes 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games and RNG table games contribute 10%. Sports betting contributes 100% on settled single bets with odds of 1.70 or greater. Certain game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution — these are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• 5 Bonus expiry: All bonuses must be wagered through within 30 calendar days of the date the bonus was credited. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within this period will be removed from the player's account along with any winnings generated from that bonus balance.
• 6 Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this threshold during an active bonus period may be voided at jeewtin's discretion.
• 7 Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, use of automated software, or collusion with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure.
• 8 Right to modify or cancel promotions: jeewtin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time, including where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected in connection with that promotion.

Section 05

User Obligations

By using jeewtin, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the fair operation of games and betting markets.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and update that information promptly when it changes.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the jeewtin platform, its software, servers, or databases.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You must not engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• You must not use funds derived from criminal activity to deposit on the platform. jeewtin applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify jeewtin immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You must not harass, abuse, threaten, or use offensive language toward jeewtin support staff or other players in any communication channel provided by the platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and you accept sole responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the jeewtin platform.

Section 06

Account Suspension & Closure

jeewtin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply. In cases of account closure resulting from player fault or breach of this Agreement, jeewtin may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

• 1The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• 2The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• 3The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating.
• 4The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• 5The player has used automated software or bots to interact with the platform.
• 6The player has registered or operated more than one account on jeewtin.
• 7jeewtin suspects that the account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other criminal activity.
• 8A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting the support team.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the jeewtin support team via live chat at any time. Account closure requests initiated by the player for responsible gaming purposes will be actioned immediately, and the account will be placed in a self-exclusion state with no access for the chosen exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, jeewtin will conduct an investigation before releasing any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds). Investigation timelines are typically 5–10 business days. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

Section 07

Age Restriction & Verification

jeewtin is strictly an 18+ platform. Participation in any gambling activity on jeewtin — including playing casino games, placing sports bets, entering tournaments, or claiming bonuses — is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This rule applies without exception to all players across Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction from which the platform is accessed.

• Age verification is mandatory for all accounts before withdrawal processing. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence clearly showing the player's date of birth.
• Where jeewtin has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification, regardless of whether a previous verification check has been conducted.
• Any winnings accumulated by a player subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any transaction fees incurred.
• jeewtin supports underage gambling prevention tools. If you are aware of a minor using the jeewtin platform, please contact the support team via live chat immediately.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to gambling websites, including jeewtin.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeewtin, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the jeewtin platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated profits.

jeewtin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect platform availability. jeewtin will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods where feasible and will restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned outage.

In the event of a technical error or software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, an incorrect odds display, or an incorrect bonus calculation, jeewtin reserves the right to void the affected transaction, correct the error, and where funds have been incorrectly credited, to reclaim those funds from the player's account balance. jeewtin will notify the affected player of any such correction within 48 hours.

• jeewtin is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues, device failures, browser incompatibilities, or any circumstances outside jeewtin's direct control.
• jeewtin is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
• Players accept that gambling is a risk activity and that financial losses are a normal outcome of participation. jeewtin shall not compensate players for gambling losses under any circumstances.
• jeewtin's total liability to any individual player, in any circumstances where liability is established, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
